Our products are made to order. Fulfillment locations can change depending on the availability of blank garments, fabrics and other raw materials, the selected size and colour, production capacity and your delivery address.
An item may therefore ship from a different country than expected.
Production and shipping are separate stages. Add both together to estimate arrival. All ranges are in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. These are planning guides, not live quotes for a specific product or address.
Production by product type
The product types below match our size guide. Locations describe Printful's general production network, not a verified factory assignment for every item. Latvia and the US are important apparel locations; all-over-print production also uses Mexico and partner facilities. A China origin is not confirmed for the individual products in this guide, so we do not present it as a guaranteed origin.

Shipping and estimated arrival by destination
Printful publishes the following general regional shipping ranges in its delivery guidance. They are not product-specific Shopify checkout quotes and may not apply to every route, particularly outsourced or cross-border shipments. Production must be added to shipping.

International and partner shipments can take longer
The regional table is not a maximum delivery promise. Printful lists standard international shipping from its US, Canadian and European facilities at 5–20 business days after fulfillment. For those routes, allow approximately 7–25 business days overall with 2–5-day production, or 8–27 business days with 3–7-day production. These international ranges do not establish a verified China-to-destination transit estimate. The selected product and actual shipping route may have a different estimate.
For outsourced shoes, windbreakers, track pants and utility backpacks, destination restrictions apply. Some EU territories and locations are excluded. Certain US territories and military addresses are not supported. Printful notes that small parcels to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take more than 30 days.
Understanding your delivery date
These are rolling timeframes rather than fixed calendar dates: estimated arrival equals the order date plus production plus shipping, counted in business days. Peak demand, material shortages, transport disruption and border processing can extend the estimate. Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels.
